Titled Karuppu in Tamil and Veera Bhadrudu for Telugu audiences, the film marks RJ Balaji's solo directorial debut and is set for a January 14 theatrical release.

The narrative revolves around Saravanan, Suriya's character who emerges as the incarnate of Lord Karuppusamy, stepping in to deliver justice when the legal system fails common people.
